PHASE 1: PROJECT PREPARATION

We have a staff of over 200 employees who are ready to meet your manufacturing needs. All key manufacturing process take place at our in-house facilities which include engineering offices, a robust quality lab and a complete tooling shop.

Each project begins with the project manager. He evaluates the project, allocates resources and ensures that the project kicks off on the right foot.

Our engineering team's first task is to take a product to design for manufacturing (DFM) status. After that, they sustain the project throughout its lifecycle.

We design the tools and use industry standard programs like MoldFlow to verify that design. We then build the tools to spec and ship as needed to our supplier network.
