A major pitfall that one encounters when assembling in China is the lack of quality due to the high turn-over rate of assembly employees. Many assemblers move from job to job as work ebbs and flows. Training becomes extremely difficult and mistakes that were thought resolved often reappear.

FES avoids this by permanently employing a core assembly team. We've tailored our entire employee compensation package to ensure a much lower turn-over rate (less than 5% per anum). This means our experienced team can move from one assembly job to another with experience and knowledge. Training time and mistakes are considerably reduced.
